Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luca Li Citra (ranked 561 p4p, 536 weight class) and David Hanson (ranked 76 p4p, 70 weight class). Hanson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Subcouds - on red. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Nice defenses there by Hanson.
And Hanson tries to counter it with a takedown but Li Citra pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Hanson shoots in for a double leg but Li Citra sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Hanson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Li Citra sprawls well. Li Citra wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hanson gets slowly back to his feet.

Hanson postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Hanson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Li Citra down.

Hanson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Li Citra bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Hanson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Luca Li Citra is winning the standup battle so far.
Li Citra clobbers Hanson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Hanson.
Li Citra throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hanson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hanson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Li Citra's waist but Li Citra gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hanson off to one side.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Li Citra swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hanson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A slow jab from Li Citra misses its intended target.
Hanson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Li Citra defends it well.
Li Citra misses with a hook.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Li Citra wriggles free and stands up.

Luca Li Citra showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Li Citra has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
