Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reece Hartman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anderson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hartman shoots in and bounces Silva off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hartman uses his free foot to push down on Silva's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Silva.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Silva looks to land a combination but Hartman avoids it well.
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Hartman tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hartman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Silva is trying to drag Hartman to the mat but Hartman just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Hartman is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Silva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hartman controls the pace.
