Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thor Poohammer (ranked 25310 p4p, 25105 weight class) and Wanderley Silva (ranked 547 p4p, 524 weight class). Wanderley Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Thor Poohammer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wanderley Silva!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Poohammer pushes him off.
Poohammer looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Silva is looking to clinch but Poohammer is avoiding it.
A head kick from Silva lands but Poohammer takes it in his stride.

Poohammer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Poohammer wants it to stay on the feet.

Silva jumps guard but Poohammer stands there with Silva around his waist. Silva gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Silva throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Poohammer tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Silva is in Poohammer's guard.

Silva distracts Poohammer with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Silva working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Poohammer's head.

Poohammer wants to get back to his feet but Silva is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Silva postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Silva stands up from Poohammer's guard - Silva perhaps looking for a knockout.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Poohammer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
As Silva looks to move away, Poohammer throws a big counter combo but Silva just gets out of the way.
Silva moves into the clinch successfully.

Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Silva tries to pull guard but Poohammer forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Poohammer tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Poohammer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Wanderley Silva seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Horrible takedown attempt by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Poohammer, which made it look bad.
Poohammer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Silva lands a big head kick that sends Poohammer tumbling to the mat! Silva takes a step backwards and waves Poohammer back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Silva throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Poohammer is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
