These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Log wants to clinch.
Baroza let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Baroza lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
It looks like Hotsi Log has been cut.
A good leg kick by Baroza.
Log looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Baroza is fending him off so far but Log persists. Nope, Baroza circles away and we're back to standing.
Baroza connects with a single shot there.
Baroza digs a good hook to Log's body.
Baroza has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Log is rocked!
Baroza is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Log gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Baroza gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Log is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jorge Baroza!
