Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Lowery (ranked 2677 p4p, 3484 weight class) and William Kidd (ranked 321 p4p, 401 weight class). Kidd comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Santiana - Sea Shanty Metal kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters really staring each other down here, as William Kidd enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lowery misses with a body punch
letting Kidd counter with a right hand.

Lowery tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kidd swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lowery looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

and Kidd counters with a three punch combo that has Lowery backing up. Lowery nods at Kidd to acknowledge the strikes.

Lowery is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Lowery takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Kidd ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Kidd is rocked!
Kidd glances at the clock... BAM! Lowery nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Kidd crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Kidd is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
