Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Death Knell (ranked 979 p4p, 1162 weight class) and Mike Haggar (ranked 126 p4p, 154 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Death Knell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 52 - 36 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Haggar! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurstr�m, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnem�ki.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haggar tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Knell defends well and Haggar ends up having to push Knell into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Knell throws a jab but it's blocked by Haggar. Knell's corner calls for a 1-2. Knell obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Knell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Haggar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Knell sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nice combo by Knell! Oh, that's hurt him - Haggar falls to the canvas and Knell follows him into side control.
 It looks like Mike Haggar has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Haggar is trying to improve his position. Haggar parries the strikes from Knell easily there. Knell is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Haggar to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Knell throwing strikes but Haggar manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Knell is looking to regain half guard here but Haggar keeps moving and retains side control. Haggar working the body and head with strikes. Haggar in side control lands a decent elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knell tries to bench press Haggar off him but Haggar keeps the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Haggar looks up at the clock and then as Knell takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Haggar smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Haggar lands a few punches from side control. Haggar wants to control but Knell is keeping him busy. Knell controls the position for a moment. Knell sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Knell taking some punishment here, with Haggar in his half guard. Haggar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Knell knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Knell is looking to control Haggar's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Knell avoid being mounted? Haggar working Knell over with strikes. Haggar scoring with strikes to the body and head. Nice strikes from Haggar there. Knell is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Haggar's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Haggar's back!

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Knell biding his time, controlling Haggar. Haggar manages to reverse the position and now he's in Knell's guard. Nice work there by Haggar.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Knell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Haggar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Haggar working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Knell not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Haggar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Knell has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Haggar has managed to get both his arms back between Knell's legs - danger averted. Haggar lands a couple of digs. Haggar slips nicely into half guard. Knell tries to roll over but Haggar keeps him under control. Haggar scoring with strikes to the body and head.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Haggar is pressing down on Knell's thigh, looking to free his foot. Knell is holding on for now. Haggar drops an elbow to the side of Knell's head. Knell is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Haggar's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Haggar's back! Haggar rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Knell seems to be working for a kimura but Haggar defends the submission attempt. Haggar is trying to maintain the position but Knell is very close to passing his half guard. Haggar works his way to full guard. Good work. Haggar wants to sweep but no luck. Knell throwing strikes but missing. Haggar looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Haggar avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Knell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Haggar keeping moving, preventing Knell from controlling successfully. Haggar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Haggar avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Knell won't allow Haggar to sweep him here. Knell postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Knell with a flurry of punches that miss. Knell throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Haggar looking to hit a scissor sweep but Knell is one step ahead there. Knell throws a big elbow that misses. Knell throws a big right hand that misses. Haggar lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
 The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Haggar is pushing down on Knell's leg trying to pass to half guard. Knell is fighting to maintain full guard but Haggar has managed to sneak the leg through. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Death Knell will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mike Haggar's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Knell leaves Haggar with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Haggar slips under a jab from Knell. A decent looking cross lands there for Haggar. Haggar swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Knell. Knell takes a swing at Haggar's ribcage but misses. Nice jab there from Knell. Haggar lands a nice shot that snaps Knell's head back.
Haggar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Knell circles away quickly and effectively. Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Haggar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Knell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Knell is not content to let Haggar control the position. Knell is trying to get back to half guard. Knell struggling a bit here. Knell tries to bench press Haggar off him but Haggar keeps the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Haggar trying to control the action but Knell is working from the bottom. Haggar working the head with strikes. Knell is trying to improve his position. Haggar connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Knell some visible discomfort.
You can see the frustration on Knell's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Knell regains half guard. Knell is looking to improve his position.
Haggar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Knell is looking to improve his position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Haggar lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Knell quite badly. Knell pulls Haggar in close trying to recover. Haggar postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Knell on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Knell doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
