Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Musa Vitalik (ranked 862 p4p, 980 weight class) and Adams Menday (ranked 119 p4p, 133 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vitalik might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Planet Purge - Midnight Tyrannosaurus & Ehide. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Musa Vitalik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adams Menday!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menday moves out of range of the strikes.
Menday tests Vitalik's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Vitalik throws a lazy right hand but Menday sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vitalik slaps away a takedown attempt from Menday, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Menday is trying hard to land a takedown here. Vitalik sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Vitalik wants to sweep here but Menday controlling him for the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vitalik manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Menday manages to get himself to full guard.

Menday is trying to control the position but Vitalik postures up.
Menday is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Vitalik has the hooks in. Menday is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

You can see the frustration on Menday's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
