Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sonny Shine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Raynor Anderson Jones!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shine feints and then cracks Anderson Jones's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Anderson Jones down.
Anderson Jones wants to clinch up but Shine keeps it at a distance.
Anderson Jones looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Anderson Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Shine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A slow jab from Shine misses its intended target.
Anderson Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Shine swivels and escapes.
Anderson Jones shoots in for a double leg but Shine sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Shine swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Sonny Shine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raynor Anderson Jones.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
