Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tama rushes Chai and presses him up against the cage.
Tama's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tama shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tama takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Nikora Tama has been cut.
Tama shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Chai defends it nicely.
A big left from Chai misses.
Tama will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Olyksandr Chai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nikora Tama.

and Chai counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chai swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Tama gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Chai counters with a straight right hand.
Tama drives through with a takedown into guard.

Tama stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Chai has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Tama manages to get his head free but now Chai has transitioned to an armbar! Tama grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Chai! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
