Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Biff Barbie (ranked 784 p4p, 612 weight class) and Buster Norberg (ranked 102 p4p, 80 weight class). Norberg comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Real American - Rick Derringer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Biff Barbie has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Biff Barbie seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Biff Barbie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Buster Norberg!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbie doesn't manage to clinch there - Norberg circles away.
Norberg throws out a counter right but Barbie avoids it with no problem.
Norberg connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Biff Barbie has been cut.
Barbie moves out of range of the strikes.
Norberg misses the jab.
Biff Barbie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barbie cracks a nice hook into Norberg's ribs.
Barbie throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Norberg throws a predictable looking body shot
and Barbie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Buster Norberg has been cut.
Barbie swings for the body but Norberg moves out of range.
Barbie cracks Norberg with a good jab.
Barbie fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Barbie throws a low kick but Norberg moves out of range easily.
Norberg is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Barbie with a body shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Norberg throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Barbie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Norberg seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Barbie looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Norberg uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Barbie.
Norberg tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barbie was well out of range. Poor timing from Norberg.
Norberg dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Barbie misses with a straight right.
Norberg has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Norberg there as he acknowledges the shot.
Biff Barbie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Barbie throws a lazy right hand but Norberg sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Barbie swings and misses with a shot to the body
so Norberg counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norberg throws a big right hand that misses.
Norberg is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Norberg trying to control but Barbie is working from the bottom.
Barbie wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Barbie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Barbie knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Norberg on the ground.

We've been told by Barbie's head coaches at The Hidden that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

and Norberg counters with a stiff right hand.

Norberg doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
A looping hook to the body misses from Norberg. Barbie does a little dance to reset his feet.
Norberg shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Barbie pushes Norberg off looking to stand but Norberg dives back in and keeps control.
Norberg is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Barbie tries to lock up and control but Norberg gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Poor strikes thrown by Norberg there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Norberg takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Norberg lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Jeez, Biff Barbie's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Biff Barbie's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Buster Norberg!
During a confident post fight interview, Buster Norberg thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
