Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hafthor Kruger (ranked 587 p4p, 318 weight class) and Khalil Burnett (ranked 74 p4p, 42 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kruger might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Right On- Showcore. Khalil Burnett will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Hafthor Kruger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khalil Burnett!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Burnett counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kruger slips a straight right by Burnett.
Kruger misses with a double jab
and Burnett counters with a series of strikes. Kruger will be more careful next time no doubt.
Burnett thows a left - swing and a miss!
As Burnett tries to get set, Kruger tries to push him back and clinch up but Burnett manages to avoid the attempt.
Burnett on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Kruger's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Burnett connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kruger scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Hafthor Kruger has been cut.
Kruger throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Burnett counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kruger thows a left - swing and a miss!
Burnett avoids a punch combination nicely.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Burnett! But no joy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kruger lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Burnett backs up against the cage.
Burnett throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Kruger throws a sloppy head kick and Burnett moves out of range easily.

Kruger ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burnett moves away.
Kruger fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Kruger lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Hafthor Kruger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kruger fakes the leg kick and cracks Burnett in the body.
Kruger scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Burnett might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Hafthor Kruger opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
