Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Khabin Diddy (ranked 3801 p4p, 4261 weight class) and Dominic Solanke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dominic Solanke will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Khabin Diddy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dominic Solanke!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solanke jabs at Diddy's body.
Diddy darts in trying to clinch
and Diddy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Solanke scores with a jab to the head.
Diddy gets tackled into the cage by Solanke. Solanke maintains the clinch.

Diddy wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Diddy has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Solanke is trying to keep an underhook but Diddy manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Solanke really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Diddy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Diddy lands a nice short elbow.
Well, if Diddy is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Diddy is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Solanke has managed to free his arm - good work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Diddy slips a nice elbow through Solanke's hands, connecting with Solanke's forehead.
Diddy is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Solanke sees it coming and defends easily.
Diddy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Diddy has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Diddy lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Solanke hang on?

Diddy seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Solanke for as long as he can get away with.

Diddy lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Diddy throwing strikes here but Solanke is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Solanke holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Diddy tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

enabling Solanke to counter with a crisp jab.
Diddy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Solanke lands with a right hand.
Oh Diddy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Solanke counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Diddy thinking.
Diddy seems to have got his legs back now.
Solanke swats away the attempt to clinch by Diddy.
Solanke has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Solanke cracks Diddy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Solanke has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Diddy to stand back up!
Diddy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Solanke pinned against the cage. Solanke gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Khabin Diddy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Solanke counters with a crisp right hand that drops Diddy! Solanke lets Diddy back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Diddy tries for a takedown but Solanke circles away easily
and Solanke counters with a left to the body.
Solanke feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Diddy sprawling to the canvas! Diddy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Solanke finish him?!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Solanke grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Diddy takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Solanke cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dominic Solanke!
