Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Percival Nerdspoof The 3rd (ranked 359 p4p, 421 weight class) and Dakota Reis (ranked 43 p4p, 48 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nerdspoof The 3rd might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Loser. Reis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Cree Prayer Song - Young Spirit kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nerdspoof The 3rd shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

A slow jab from Reis misses its intended target.

Reis connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Nerdspoof The 3rd looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The crowd cheers as Reis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nerdspoof The 3rd doesn't seem phased though.

Reis takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nerdspoof The 3rd shoots for a double leg takedown but Reis sprawls well. He's pushed Nerdspoof The 3rd's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
