Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bethania Valverde (ranked 506 p4p, 524 weight class) and Julian Bashir (ranked 46 p4p, 48 weight class). Valverde's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, LLAMAME YA. Bashir has chosen Exodus - The Toxic Waltz as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bashir takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

And Bashir tries to counter it with a takedown but Valverde pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Bashir doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Valverde moves away from the strike by Bashir.
Valverde lands a head kick. Bashir smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Bashir ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Valverde moves away.

Bashir is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Valverde.

Bashir shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Valverde manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
