Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Methodios McIntyre (ranked 393 p4p, 900 weight class) and White Cole (ranked 59 p4p, 113 weight class). McIntyre comes into the arena with Gallantry blaring out of the sound system. White Cole will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McIntyre staying out of range there.
McIntyre seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
McIntyre cracks Cole with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like White Cole has been cut.
McIntyre takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Cole missing with a left hand there. McIntyre was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cole is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McIntyre lands a big head kick that sends Cole tumbling to the mat! McIntyre takes a step backwards and waves Cole back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

McIntyre tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Cole manages to circle out of the way.

Cole walks forward, straight into a front kick from McIntyre.
McIntyre looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cole crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from McIntyre - the referee stops the clock and Cole gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says McIntyre. Cole manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That has opened up White Cole's cut even more.
McIntyre rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cole moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McIntyre misses with a left hand
and Cole counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Cole blocks a head kick by McIntyre.
Cole lands an overhand right.
McIntyre fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cole manages to avoid it.
Cole throws out a counter right but McIntyre avoids it with no problem.
Cole cracks McIntyre with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Cole cracks McIntyre with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
McIntyre uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cole.
McIntyre was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
McIntyre takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Cole misses with a lunging right hand
and McIntyre counters by clinching up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

McIntyre goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

That was a close round but I would say that Methodios McIntyre will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

and McIntyre counters with a nice right hand that sends Cole toppling to the canvas! Cole scrambles and gets back to his feet - can McIntyre finish him?!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

White Cole's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
