Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chayton Catawanee (ranked 1768 p4p, 1963 weight class) and Glacius Frank (ranked 225 p4p, 249 weight class). Glacius Frank struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chayton Catawanee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glacius Frank!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Catawanee lands a jab.
Catawanee circles away from the clinch attempt.
A lazy left from Frank finds it's target.
Catawanee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Frank drops his hands momentarily and Catawanee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Frank fails with the takedown
letting Catawanee counter with a right hand.
Catawanee misses with a hook
letting Frank counter with a right hand.
Frank uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Catawanee.
Frank ducks under a wild hook from Catawanee.
Frank uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Catawanee.
Frank shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Catawanee but Catawanee pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Frank throws a good cross that connects.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Catawanee connects with a solid leg kick.
Catawanee throws a looping overhand right but Frank ducks down to avoid it.
Catawanee looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Catawanee swings widly with a right hand
and Frank counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Frank lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Catawanee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Frank takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Catawanee needs to keep his hands up - Frank had a free shot at his head there.
Catawanee feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Frank sprawling to the canvas! Frank rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Catawanee finish him?!
Frank is rocked!

Catawanee closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Frank out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

In defeat, Glacius Frank stepped up to the mic, saying '6.0. Good chin. KO Power Both popped.'.
