Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jim Babcock (ranked 18 p4p, 57 weight class) and Gunner Bond (ranked 2 p4p, 11 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Babcock might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Raiders Attack Vault City. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jim Babcock!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gunner Bond!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Babcock closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bond did well to prevent Babcock getting side control.

That's time! Babcock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A close third round but Gunner Bond just about did enough to take it.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Babcock's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bond connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Babcock scrambles back to his feet.
