Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexey Markov (ranked 98 p4p, 111 weight class) and Bob Bronte (ranked 7 p4p, 9 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bronte's choice of entrance music: Buffalo Charge by Dub Phizix and Strategy. Alexey Markov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bob Bronte's chin.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markov jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Bronte looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bronte swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Markov takes a swing at Bronte's ribcage but misses.
We've been told by Markov's head coaches at Bushido Martial Arts that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Markov lands with a hook. Bronte tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bronte misses with an uppercut
and Markov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Markov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bronte has managed to clinch.
Bronte working aggressively here.
Markov breaks from the clinch.
Bronte throws a body shot but no joy.
Bronte shoots in looking for a takedown but Markov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bronte's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Bronte looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bronte throws a nice looking combination but Markov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Markov counters with a crisp right that sends Bronte to the canvas! Markov follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
