PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Medium Guy (ranked 23524 p4p, 23286 weight class) and Medium Mann (ranked 503 p4p, 489 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Medium Mann was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Mann walks into a straight right hand from Guy.
Guy scores with a jab to the head.
Mann rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Guy counters with a nice right hand that sends Mann toppling to the canvas! Mann scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Guy finish him?!

Mann is rocked!
Mann walks straight into a right hand from Guy - that's dropped him! Guy jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mann from any more punishment! Mann complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
