Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dario Juan Pablo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Maciej Piotr!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piotr jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Juan Pablo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Juan Pablo fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Juan Pablo tries to pull guard but Piotr forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Piotr misses with a punch on the inside.

Piotr throws a head punch that misses.
Piotr breaks the clinch.
Juan Pablo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Juan Pablo seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Juan Pablo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Piotr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Piotr throws a body punch but Juan Pablo moves out of range.

Juan Pablo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Piotr just stands there and leans against the cage.

Piotr slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Juan Pablo has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Piotr doesn't defend quickly enough and Juan Pablo has managed to lock this one up! Can Piotr escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Juan Pablo on a fantastic submission victory.
