The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Leon throws a body punch but Nascimento moves out of range.
Nascimento just misses with a punch to the body.
Yago Nascimento seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Leon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nascimento.
De Leon looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Nascimento is looking to clinch but De Leon is avoiding it.

Nascimento drives through and clinches with De Leon against the cage.

De Leon is looking to counter punch.
Nascimento throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and De Leon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Yago Nascimento has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice defenses there by De Leon.
De Leon fires out a quick counter leg kick but Nascimento just manages to avoid it.

and De Leon counters with a lovely straight right hand!

De Leon looks to land a left hand but Nascimento moved out of range nicely.
Decent striking displayed by Nascimento there.
De Leon looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nascimento moves in looking to clinch but De Leon pushes him off.

and De Leon counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

De Leon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nascimento.

Nascimento dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
De Leon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nascimento sprawling to the canvas! Nascimento rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can De Leon finish him?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and De Leon counters with a huge right that knocks Nascimento out cold! De Leon is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
