Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rokken Roll (ranked 559 p4p, 1060 weight class) and Pultti Pyssy (ranked 63 p4p, 111 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 26 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rokken Roll! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pultti Pyssy! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roll is looking to score with low kicks. Pyssy counters with a body kick. Roll lands with a good body shot. Pyssy's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roll under the eye.
Roll rushes Pyssy and presses him up against the cage. Roll lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Roll scores with a hook to the body. Pyssy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Pyssy tries to stall but Roll uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Pyssy tries a body shot but Roll blocks it.
Roll lands a nice uppercut. Pyssy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Roll escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A head kick from Roll lands but Pyssy takes it in his stride. A cross from Roll lands. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pyssy throws a nice head kick!
Roll throws a body punch but Pyssy moves out of range. The crowd cheers as Roll lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pyssy doesn't seem phased though. Roll shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pyssy pinned against the cage. Pyssy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Pyssy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rokken Roll seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roll throws an overhand right that lands on Pyssy's shoulder, as Pyssy tries to avoid the shot. Roll ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pyssy moves away. Pyssy throws out a counter right but Roll avoids it with no problem. Roll swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Pyssy. Roll scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Roll bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Pyssy misses with a looping left. Roll stuns Pyssy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Roll staying out of range there. Roll scores with a shot to the body.
Pyssy throws a leg kick which misses Roll's front leg but catches the back leg as Roll tries to avoid it. Pyssy misses with a hook. Nice body punch from Pyssy. Roll ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Roll is looking to wear down Pyssy with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. A swing and a miss from Roll. Pultti Pyssy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pyssy on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Roll lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Roll lands a left hand that snaps the head of Pyssy backwards. Pyssy holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Roll throws a body punch but Pyssy moves out of range. Roll fails in his attempt to clinch. Roll tries to clinch up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Roll walks into a stiff left hand from Pyssy. Pyssy explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Roll throws a nice outside leg kick. Roll tests Pyssy's chin there with a solid looking shot. Pyssy just misses with a punch to the body.

Nice straight punches there by Roll. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Roll. A shot to the liver by Roll. Beautiful body shot. Pyssy connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Roll misses with a shot to the body and Pyssy counters with a head kick. That will keep Roll thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pyssy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Roll.
Roll connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Roll fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pyssy checks it well. Roll throws out a loose jab but Pyssy uses good head movement to avoid it. Pyssy throws a leg kick but Roll sees it coming and moves out of range. Pyssy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Pyssy with a body punch. A glancing blow. Roll wants to clinch and Pyssy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Roll moves out of range as Pyssy strikes. Roll feints and then cracks Pyssy's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pyssy down. Roll tries to land a leg kick but Pyssy saw it coming and moves away.

A slow jab from Pyssy misses its intended target. Roll tries to clinch but Pyssy moves away and Pyssy counters with a stiff right hand. Roll is looking to land body kicks. Pyssy takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Roll blocks a head kick by Pyssy.
Roll slips a jab from Pyssy. The fight stays on the outside here - Roll looks like he's thinking about clinching though. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rokken Roll will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Roll swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. A nice leg kick lands there from Pyssy. Pyssy chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Roll can pounce on him.

Pyssy appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Roll throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pyssy's waist but Pyssy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roll off to one side. Pyssy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Pyssy moves out of range of the leg kick from Roll. Pyssy lands a jab to Roll's midsection. Pyssy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Roll.
Roll swings and misses with a shot to the body and Pyssy counters with a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pyssy just misses with a punch to the body.
A good leg kick by Pyssy. Pyssy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roll manages to avoid it. Good work by Roll as he checks the leg kick. Pultti Pyssy seems to be getting the better of the standup. The fighters circling - Pyssy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Roll walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Roll throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Roll lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pyssy's sensitive parts. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Roll lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pyssy has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pyssy and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Pyssy looks for the body kick but Roll saw that one coming. Pyssy drops his hands momentarily and Roll takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Pyssy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Roll was well out of range. Poor timing from Pyssy. Pyssy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Roll moves away. Roll motions for Pyssy to come forward. Roll throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Pyssy lands a leg kick. Roll loads up on a big right hand but Pyssy slips the punch. Pyssy wants to land a leg kick but Roll is out of range.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Roll moves into range and connects with a jab. Roll slips a straight right by Pyssy. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pyssy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Roll blocks a leg kick. Roll shoots in looking for a takedown. Pyssy tries to sprawl out of it but Roll keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pyssy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Roll fails in his attempt to clinch. Pyssy feints a counter leg kick. Good leg kick by Pyssy. Roll staying out of range there. Roll throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Pyssy wants to slow Roll down by chopping away at his legs. Pyssy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Roll takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Pyssy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Pyssy tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Roll throws a lazy head kick and Pyssy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Pyssy bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roll's head. A shot to the liver by Pyssy. Beautiful body shot. Pyssy throws a low kick, looking for Roll's leg but Roll calmly moves out of range. Pyssy misses with a low kick. Pyssy walks into a straight right hand from Roll. Pyssy blocks a head kick by Roll.
Roll ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pyssy moves away. Roll throws a sloppy body shot
and Pyssy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Roll thinking. Roll fails with the takedown and Roll takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rokken Roll. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pyssy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Roll throws a leg kick and Pyssy counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Pyssy slaps away a takedown attempt from Roll, before circling back to the center of the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pyssy goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Pyssy avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Pyssy takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

and Pyssy counters with a nice leg kick. Pyssy throws a right hand that Roll ducks under and follows up with a left that Roll also avoids with ease. Pyssy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Roll has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Roll throws out a leg kick but Pyssy moves out of range and Roll only half commits. It seemed like Pyssy was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A big right from Roll misses. Pyssy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Pyssy drops his hands momentarily and Roll takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Roll is looking to clinch. Pyssy takes one on the button. Roll throws a jab when Pyssy was well out of range. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Pultti Pyssy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Roll's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Roll fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pyssy to the ground. Roll is now in Pyssy's guard. Pyssy trying to keep a closed guard but Roll is proving a slippery customer.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Pyssy is adopting a defensive guard.
Roll got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pyssy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Roll has managed to get both his arms back between Pyssy's legs - danger averted. Roll trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Roll stands and throws Pyssy's legs to the side, diving into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roll is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pyssy has escaped the position, nice work there.
Roll tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Roll has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Pyssy regains half guard. Pyssy keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Roll is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pyssy! Pyssy wants to control but Roll is having none of it. Roll can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pyssy is looking to escape. Pyssy wants to hold on but Roll pushes him away.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Pyssy is squirming around, avoiding Roll's attempts to control the action.
Pyssy tries to improve his position but Roll has taken his back! Roll has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Pyssy tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Roll pushes Pyssy away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Rokken Roll! A relieved looking Rokken Roll thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
