Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Schnitzer (ranked 1345 p4p, 1522 weight class) and Jorge Rocha (ranked 106 p4p, 118 weight class). The key to victory for Kevin Schnitzer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin Schnitzer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jorge Rocha! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schnitzer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rocha feints a counter leg kick. Schnitzer thumps Rocha with a low kick. Rocha takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Rocha checks the leg kick nicely there.
Schnitzer misses the shot to the body. Rocha feints a counter leg kick. Schnitzer scoring well with a low kick there.

and Rocha counters with a nice double leg into guard. Rocha forces his way into half guard. Schnitzer tries to get to full guard but Rocha has control of the leg. Schnitzer is pressing down on Rocha's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Schnitzer seems keen to control Rocha's posture. Rocha wants to pass the guard but Schnitzer is keeping the position. Schnitzer has his hands on Rocha's head, controlling the position. Schnitzer keeping moving, preventing Rocha from controlling successfully. Schnitzer wants to sweep but no luck. Schnitzer is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Rocha trying to control the position from guard on top but Schnitzer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Schnitzer wants to get back to his feet but Rocha is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Rocha tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Schnitzer swivels and escapes. Schnitzer cracks Rocha with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Schnitzer lands with a good body shot. Kevin Schnitzer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rocha on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Schnitzer. Schnitzer obviously looking to wear him down.
Rocha on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. A cross from Schnitzer lands. Schnitzer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Schnitzer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Schnitzer lands a nice hook to Rocha's body. Rocha takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Schnitzer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Rocha avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Schnitzer buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Schnitzer thuds his right hand into Rocha's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Schnitzer throws a low kick but Rocha avoids it. Kevin Schnitzer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Schnitzer punishes Rocha's body with a nice straight punch. Rocha takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Rocha moves out of range of the leg kick from Schnitzer. Rocha wants to counter the offense by Schnitzer and move into the clinch position. Schnitzer with a hook.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Schnitzer misses with a leg kick and Rocha counters with a nice leg kick. Schnitzer looks to land a body kick but Rocha moved away. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schnitzer swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rocha counters with a nice low kick that buckles Schnitzer's knee momentarily. A nice inside leg kick there by Rocha. That's going to slow Schnitzer down. Schnitzer swings for the body but Rocha moves out of range.
Rocha was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Schnitzer blocks the body kick.
A decent looking cross lands there for Schnitzer. Schnitzer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rocha moves away. Rocha has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Schnitzer. A leg kick checked by Rocha. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Schnitzer dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Schnitzer attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Rocha only half commits to the counter leg kick. Schnitzer fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Rocha checks it well. Schnitzer is looking to land body kicks. Rocha steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Schnitzer. Schnitzer leaves Rocha with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. The fighters circling - Schnitzer throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Schnitzer is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rocha can do to turn this around? Schnitzer connects with a nice looking jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Schnitzer scores with a spinning back kick! Schnitzer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rocha feints a counter leg kick. Kevin Schnitzer is winning the standup battle so far. Schnitzer throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Rocha is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Schnitzer throws a body punch but Rocha moves out of range.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Rocha checks a leg kick nicely. A low kick from Rocha is predictable there and Schnitzer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Rocha moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
 Rocha is rocked! Schnitzer closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Rocha! Schnitzer dives in looking to finish! Rocha is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kevin Schnitzer! In his post fight interview, Kevin Schnitzer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
