Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Puncher Face (ranked 1932 p4p, 1272 weight class) and Tony Halme (ranked 225 p4p, 159 weight class). Halme has chosen Katri Helena-Katson autiota hiekkarantaa as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Kavanagh and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halme lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Puncher Face has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Face.
Halme's coach down at 3Band MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Halme's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Halme is looking to chop away at Face's legs.
Halme fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Face manages to avoid it.
Face will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Halme motions for Face to come forward. Halme throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A counter left hand to the body from Face misses its target.
A nice combination there by Halme.

Face throws the left hand but Halme avoids the punch easily.
Face fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Halme manages to avoid it.
Face throws a right hand that Halme ducks under and follows up with a left that Halme also avoids with ease.
Face avoids the head kick by Halme.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Halme throws a head kick but Face moves out of range.

Halme slips a straight right by Face.

Halme has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Face finds it's way round the side to connect with Halme's head.
Halme throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Face takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Face sends Halme crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Face is motioning to the referee to let Halme up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Halme is rocked!

Halme swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Halme is still on wobbly legs! Can Face finish him?
Face fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Halme seems to have recovered his senses.
Face Throws a clean left jab. Face Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Halme's chin! Halme crumbles to the ground and Face follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Face!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Puncher Face!
A very excited looking Puncher Face made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Tony Halme was interviewed post fight and said 'just a bad dream.. no way I could lose.. Open your eyes.'.
