Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Draconis (ranked 1375 p4p, 2248 weight class) and Jon Miocic (ranked 172 p4p, 255 weight class). Miocic has chosen God Gave Me Style - 50 Cent as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jon Miocic!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draconis changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Miocic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Miocic sneaks out the side door and pushes Draconis away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
A low kick from Miocic is predictable there
and Draconis counters with a takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Miocic is trying to escape the position but Draconis is controlling the position.
Miocic is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Draconis has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Draconis drops a couple of huge strikes from the back position and Miocic is in real trouble here! Draconis lands more strikes and the referee has to step in to end the fight! Draconis is delighted!

After winning the bout, Tommy Draconis thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Jon Miocic was interviewed post fight and said 'He was a tough opponent.
I've had a long career. It's been quite a ride. I don't know what the org has planned for me, but I'll discuss it with my manager and the higher ups after this.'.
