Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Ewing (ranked 2871 p4p, 1804 weight class) and Yu Liang (ranked 330 p4p, 210 weight class). The key to victory for Oliver Ewing has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oliver Ewing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yu Liang!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewing looks to land a body kick but Liang moved away.
Liang looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Liang tries to move into range but Ewing moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ewing definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Liang uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ewing.
Liang let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Liang takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Ewing stuns Liang with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ewing throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Liang counters with a nice right hand that sends Ewing toppling to the canvas! Ewing scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Liang finish him?!
Ewing is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Liang chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ewing can pounce on him.
Oh Ewing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Liang takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
