Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Lopez (ranked 587 p4p, 428 weight class) and Xicko Loco (ranked 76 p4p, 56 weight class). Lopez comes to the cage accompanied by 2PAC - All Eyez on Me. Loco has chosen Memphis Cult, Groove Dealers, SPLYXER - 9mm as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Lopez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xicko Loco!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loco throws a series of punches but Lopez moves out of range.
Loco lands with a cross.
Lopez thows a left - swing and a miss!
Loco throws the left hand but Lopez avoids the punch easily.
Lopez is looking to counter punch.
Loco throws a right hand that misses
and Loco takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Loco catches Lopez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Decent striking displayed by Loco there.
Lopez stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Xicko Loco has been cut.
Loco swings away with a body shot that misses
and Lopez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Loco lands a nice shot that snaps Lopez's head back.
Loco works Lopez's body with a nice hook.
Loco throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lopez on the side of the head.
Lopez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Loco looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Loco misses with a body punch
and Lopez counters with a stiff right hand.
Lopez lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Loco can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lopez and Loco drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lopez.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diego Lopez!
Diego Lopez decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
