And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maman Suraman!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suraman dives in and grabs Longabaugh's left leg, looking for a takedown. Longabaugh pushes down on Suraman's head and hops out.
Suraman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Longabaugh looks to land a left hand but Suraman moved out of range nicely.
Longabaugh moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Maman Suraman has been cut.
Suraman slips a straight right by Longabaugh.
Longabaugh stuffs the takedown attempt from Suraman. Suraman gets slowly back to his feet.
It looked like Longabaugh wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A shot to the liver by Longabaugh. Beautiful body shot.
Longabaugh misses the jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Suraman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Longabaugh defends it nicely.
Harry Alonzo Longabaugh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maman Suraman.
Longabaugh fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Suraman manages to avoid it.
Longabaugh looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Suraman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Longabaugh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Longabaugh throws a good cross that connects.
Longabaugh connects with a crisp jab.
Longabaugh connects with a nice looking jab.
A slow jab from Longabaugh misses its intended target.
Suraman feints the counter takedown.
Suraman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Longabaugh throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Harry Alonzo Longabaugh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Longabaugh throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Suraman feints the counter takedown.
Longabaugh stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Longabaugh uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Suraman has time to react.
Suraman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Longabaugh paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Longabaugh. Suraman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Suraman feints the counter takedown.
Longabaugh throws an overhand right that lands on Suraman's shoulder, as Suraman tries to avoid the shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Suraman ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Longabaugh misses with a straight right.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Suraman is defended easily by Longabaugh.
Suraman avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Suraman moves away from the strike by Longabaugh.
Horrible takedown attempt by Suraman or perhaps it was just good defense by Longabaugh, which made it look bad.
Longabaugh moves into range and connects with a jab.
Longabaugh connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Donk. Longabaugh catches Suraman right on the button with a cross.

That has opened up Maman Suraman's cut even more.
Longabaugh misses with a looping right.
Longabaugh lands a jab.

Suraman is rocked!
Suraman looks up at the clock. Bad move! Longabaugh lands a right hand from hell, dropping Suraman. Longabaugh pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Harry Alonzo Longabaugh!
