And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oliver Ewing!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewing cracks John with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
John shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Ewing to counter with a crisp jab.
Ewing sends John crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ewing is motioning to the referee to let John up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
John is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ewing throws a pinpoint strike between John's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends John crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Ewing scores a great knockout victory!
