The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Akimbo Spice Chai Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheers as Denver lands an impressive looking overhand right. Chai Jr doesn't seem phased though.

Denver is trying to control the action in half guard but Chai Jr is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Denver winds up and cracks Chai Jr with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Denver seems to be looking for submissions.
Denver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Chai Jr does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Horrible takedown attempt by Denver or perhaps it was just good defense by Chai Jr, which made it look bad.

Akimbo Spice Chai Jr's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Akimbo Spice Chai Jr's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
