The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chikorita shoots in looking for a takedown but Zero manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chikorita's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Donk. Zero catches Chikorita right on the button with a cross.
Zero moves into range and connects with a jab.

Chikorita is rocked!
Chikorita fails with the takedown
and Zero counters with a huge left! Chikorita is in big trouble! He's backing up but Zero isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Chikorita from any more damage. A dominating finish by Zero!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sub Zero!
