Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lee Huang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ulysses Battleby!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnem�ki, Marco Blurstr�m and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huang throws a right hand that Battleby ducks under and follows up with a left that Battleby also avoids with ease.
Battleby cracks Huang with a right hand to the side of the head.
Huang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Huang moves into the clinch successfully.
Battleby blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Battleby takes a shot to the head.
A short left from Battleby.
Battleby's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Huang connects with a good right hand that stumbles Battleby. Battleby circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Huang lands a head shot.
Huang misses with a right hand
and Battleby connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Huang tries to close the distance and clinch but Battleby swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Huang will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
It seemed like Battleby was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Huang smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Battleby moves out of range of the body kick.
Battleby misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Huang counters with a straight right hand.
Battleby blocks a leg kick.
Battleby looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Huang steps in with a hook that catches Battleby right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Huang follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Battleby looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Huang!
A very excited looking Lee Huang made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
