Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yababoy Sitsongrit (ranked 3291 p4p, 2212 weight class) and Aanti Korhonen (ranked 333 p4p, 229 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Yababoy Sitsongrit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aanti Korhonen!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korhonen fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sitsongrit throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Korhonen throws a lazy head kick
and Sitsongrit counters with a nice low kick that buckles Korhonen's knee momentarily.
Sitsongrit takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nice body punch from Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Sitsongrit scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Korhonen doesn't seem bothered though.
Sitsongrit lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Korhonen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Korhonen will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Korhonen misses with an uppercut. Sitsongrit saw that one coming.
Korhonen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A decent looking cross lands there for Sitsongrit.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Sitsongrit makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Sitsongrit ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Korhonen lands a jab to the head.

Sitsongrit misses with a looping right.
Sitsongrit throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sitsongrit connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Korhonen.
Sitsongrit is looking to wear down Korhonen with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Sitsongrit scores with a jab. Korhonen acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Sitsongrit uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Korhonen.
Sitsongrit scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Korhonen doesn't seem bothered though.
A low kick from Korhonen misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Sitsongrit looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sitsongrit checks the leg kick.
Korhonen takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Sitsongrit misses with a low kick.

Korhonen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit backing away here, and Korhonen unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Korhonen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Korhonen walks straight into a right hand from Sitsongrit - that's dropped him! Sitsongrit jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Korhonen from any more punishment! Korhonen complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Yababoy Sitsongrit!
Yababoy Sitsongrit tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
