Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tristan Zigaro (ranked 131 p4p, 320 weight class) and Samson Dandrakulo (ranked 20 p4p, 47 weight class). Samson Dandrakulo has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tristan Zigaro!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Samson Dandrakulo!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zigaro throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Zigaro bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dandrakulo's head backwards.
Dandrakulo gets off balance looking for a body kick
enabling Zigaro to counter with a crisp jab.
Zigaro wants to clinch up but Dandrakulo keeps it at a distance.
Zigaro lands a head shot.
Zigaro lands with a shot to the body.
Zigaro walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Dandrakulo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Zigaro looks to land a left hand but Dandrakulo moved out of range nicely.
Zigaro throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dandrakulo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Zigaro dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dandrakulo. That did some damage!
Dandrakulo throws a low kick but it's checked well by Zigaro.
Zigaro scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Dandrakulo shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Zigaro eats them both and turns towards Dandrakulo to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zigaro just misses with a punch to the body.
Dandrakulo connects with a looping right hand.
Dandrakulo throws a nice outside leg kick.
Dandrakulo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dandrakulo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Zigaro is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Zigaro misses with a head kick.
A countering left hand to the body from Dandrakulo misses.
Zigaro throws a jab when Dandrakulo was well out of range.
Dandrakulo lands a head kick. Zigaro smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Zigaro on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dandrakulo. Dandrakulo obviously looking to wear him down.

and Zigaro counters with a one-two to the body.
Dandrakulo throws a leg kick which misses Zigaro's front leg but catches the back leg as Zigaro tries to avoid it.

Zigaro stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dandrakulo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dandrakulo has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Samson Dandrakulo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zigaro throws out a leg kick but Dandrakulo moves out of range and Zigaro only half commits.
No joy there for Dandrakulo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Dandrakulo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Dandrakulo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zigaro moves away.
Dandrakulo lands a nice shot that snaps Zigaro's head back.
It looks like Zigaro has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Dandrakulo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Dandrakulo dodges the punch combination from Zigaro.
It seemed like Dandrakulo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Dandrakulo keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Zigaro looks to land a right hand but Dandrakulo moved out of range.
Zigaro takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Dandrakulo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Zigaro fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dandrakulo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Zigaro throws a series of punches but Dandrakulo avoids them all with ease.

A punch lands to the side of Dandrakulo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd cheers as Dandrakulo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zigaro doesn't seem phased though.
Both fighters circling a little - Zigaro finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Dandrakulo misses with a few strikes there.

Dandrakulo steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Zigaro. That one must have hurt.

Zigaro feinted there with a counter leg kick.

Dandrakulo lands a right hand that snaps the head of Zigaro backwards.
Dandrakulo manages to break the clinch.
Zigaro connects with the punch.
Dandrakulo walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Zigaro is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Dandrakulo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dandrakulo there as he acknowledges the shot.
Dandrakulo is still on wobbly legs! Can Zigaro finish him?
Dandrakulo avoids a kick to the body.
Zigaro is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Zigaro moves out of range of the body kick from Dandrakulo.
Zigaro closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Dandrakulo! Zigaro dives in looking to finish! Dandrakulo is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Tristan Zigaro spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
In defeat, Samson Dandrakulo stepped up to the mic, saying 'Back to the gym I guess.'.
