Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eja Igwe (ranked 627 p4p, 215 weight class) and Bethania Valverde (ranked 54 p4p, 19 weight class). Valverde has chosen LLAMAME YA as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Igwe shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Igwe definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Valverde throws a head kick that Igwe semi-blocks.
Igwe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Valverde.
Bethania Valverde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valverde tries to work over Igwe's front leg with a kick but Igwe checks it.
Valverde misses with a straight left.
Valverde scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Valverde steps in with a hook that catches Igwe right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Valverde follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Igwe looks absolutely devastated.
