Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Torvik (ranked 195 p4p, 160 weight class) and Surkho Dratchev (ranked 28 p4p, 18 weight class). Torvik kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is MUPP & Sadfriendd - BLOODY!. Dratchev comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Schweine by Glukoza Nostra kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 42 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sven Torvik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Surkho Dratchev! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dratchev misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fighters circling - Torvik throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dratchev motions for Torvik to come forward. Dratchev throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Torvik throwing a counter right hand but Dratchev manages to avoid it. Surkho Dratchev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dratchev on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
 It looks like Surkho Dratchev has been cut. Dratchev fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Torvik misses with a looping left. Dratchev avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Torvik goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Torvik lands a slapping body shot.
Nice defenses there by Torvik. Torvik misses with an uppercut. Torvik scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Dratchev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dratchev throws a big elbow that misses. Torvik controlling the position. Dratchev won't allow Torvik to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dratchev not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Torvik is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Dratchev trying to control but Torvik is working from the bottom. Dratchev throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Dratchev stopping the sweep attempt from Torvik. Torvik keeping moving, preventing Dratchev from controlling successfully.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Dratchev throws a right and a left that both miss. Dratchev doesn't succeed with the takedown and Torvik counters with a nice body shot.
Dratchev pushes Torvik up against the cage in a clinch. Dratchev blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Torvik misses with a punch on the inside.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Still in the clinch, Torvik scores with a nice short uppercut. A head punch on the inside from Torvik fails to land. Torvik has a couple of punches blocked by Dratchev.
Dratchev can't find room to land a body shot as Torvik controls the action.
Dratchev gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Torvik has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dratchev is working away from the top position though. Torvik tries to roll over but Dratchev keeps him under control. Dratchev is looking to stall here but Torvik recovers full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dratchev is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Dratchev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Torvik swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dratchev throwing strikes but missing. Dratchev makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Dratchev sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Torvik's guard. Torvik wants to get back to full guard. We've been informed that Dratchev has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Torvik trying to hold on to Dratchev's head to control him but Dratchev postures up.
Dratchev is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Torvik sees it coming and defends easily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dratchev is trying to work for a kimura but Torvik is defending well.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dratchev in particular looking to stall. Dratchev thows a huge punch but Torvik dodges it nicely.
Dratchev is thwarting Torvik's attempts to control the position. Dratchev is just content to waste time from the top position. Torvik takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Torvik working a defensive guard here.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Surkho Dratchev will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Surkho Dratchev's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

 It looks like Sven Torvik has been cut. Dratchev shoots in but Torvik avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Torvik takes the fight into the clinch. Torvik goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dratchev blocks a body shot from Torvik. Torvik tries to throw a body punch but Dratchev avoids it by throwing Torvik back against the cage. Torvik tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Dratchev pulls Torvik into guard.
Torvik trying to control but Dratchev is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Torvik sitting in guard here, content to control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dratchev wants to sweep here but Torvik controlling him for the moment. Torvik advances position into side control! You can see the frustration on Dratchev's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dratchev is looking for a sweep. Dratchev is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Torvik controlling the position from side mount.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Torvik tries to advance to mount but can't. Dratchev manages to work his way to half guard, despite Torvik's best efforts. Dratchev is looking for a sweep. Torvik is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dratchev wants to control but Torvik is keeping busy and won't allow it. Torvik is keen to just control but Dratchev is a slippery customer. Dratchev avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Torvik. Dratchev controlling the position for now. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Torvik is trying to control. Dratchev wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Dratchev misses with a head kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dratchev takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dratchev dips to his left and cracks Torvik with an uppercut! Dratchev scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Torvik looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Dratchev will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A head kick misses from Dratchev. Torvik tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dratchev was well out of range. Poor timing from Torvik. Sven Torvik is winning the standup battle so far. Dratchev connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Dratchev changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Sven Torvik is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Torvik throws a hook but Dratchev blocks it. A right-left combo lands from Dratchev. Dratchev uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Torvik. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dratchev scores with a punch to the head. Dratchev lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Torvik backs up against the cage.
Dratchev slips under a jab from Torvik. Dratchev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dratchev throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dratchev jabbing away but nothing is landing. A quick step to the side and Torvik tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Dratchev looks to score with a jab to the body but Torvik is just out of range. Dratchev misses with an uppercut
letting Torvik counter with a right hand. Dratchev will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Torvik is looking to counter punch. Surkho Dratchev is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dratchev uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Torvik. Torvik scores with a nice strike. Torvik misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Dratchev counters with a nice double leg into guard. Torvik looking to sweep here. No luck so far. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Torvik is on top in guard.
Torvik stopping the sweep attempt from Dratchev. Torvik is fighting to break Dratchev's control of his arms but Dratchev is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Surkho Dratchev showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Torvik has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Torvik there as he acknowledges the shot. Torvik looks to score with a jab to the body but Dratchev is just out of range. Dratchev avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dratchev scores with a takedown into Torvik's guard. Torvik tries to land a sweep but no joy. Torvik is working hard here to advance position. Dratchev with a flurry of punches that miss. Dratchev won't allow Torvik to sweep him here. Dratchev has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dratchev scoring with punches to the head and body.
Dratchev drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Torvik manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dratchev has Torvik in his guard.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Dratchev controls Torvik momentarily but Torvik frees himself. Dratchev is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Dratchev is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Torvik slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Dratchev slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Torvik is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dratchev forces his way into half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dratchev lands with a punch from half guard. Dratchev thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Torvik tries to get to full guard but Dratchev has control of the leg. Dratchev scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Dratchev is trying to work for a kimura but Torvik is defending well.
Dratchev has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Torvik is in all sorts of trouble here.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dratchev pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Dratchev working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Torvik slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.
Dratchev seems to be looking for submissions.
Torvik wants to control but Dratchev is keeping busy and won't allow it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Torvik is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dratchev's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dratchev's back! The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Torvik's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

And that's the end of the fight! Surkho Dratchev comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Dratchev winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
