Taylor has chosen Gimme Shelter - The Rolling Stones as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Charles Taylor was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from P Cruz misses its intended target.
Taylor throws an ugly left hook that misses
and P Cruz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Taylor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by P Cruz.
P Cruz connects with the punch.
Taylor scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
P Cruz lets loose with a powerful body kick. Taylor will feel that in the morning.
P Cruz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
P Cruz throws a lazy right hand but Taylor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
P Cruz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
P Cruz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Taylor's hands are dropping dangerously low here and P Cruz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Taylor scrambles back to his feet.
P Cruz jabs Taylor right on the nose. Taylor blinks but takes it well.
P Cruz scores with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round.
P Cruz throws a good cross that connects.
Taylor throws a looping overhand right but P Cruz ducks down to avoid it.
P Cruz swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
P Cruz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Taylor manages to avoid it.
P Cruz throws a head kick but Taylor moves out of range.
Taylor blocks a jab.
P Cruz scores with the left hand. Taylor knows he should have avoided that one.
P Cruz wants to clinch but Taylor slips to the side
and Taylor makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
P Cruz misses with a lunging right hand
and Taylor counters with a nice right hand that sends P Cruz toppling to the canvas! P Cruz scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Taylor finish him?!
P Cruz is rocked!
It looks like Ricardo P Cruz has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Taylor lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in P Cruz - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Taylor!
