The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Erdogan counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Wright looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wright fails to land with a series of punches.
Wright throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Erdogan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wright throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Erdogan counters with a series of strikes. Wright will be more careful next time no doubt.

Erdogan reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Erdogan taps out! Nice BJJ there by Wright!
