Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Cifaretto (ranked 2084 p4p, 2323 weight class) and Toti Rotiz (ranked 250 p4p, 267 weight class). Rotiz has chosen Southtown as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ralph Cifaretto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Toti Rotiz! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rotiz avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Cifaretto throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rotiz sees it coming and avoids it easily. Cifaretto looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Rotiz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rotiz looks like he wants to counter punch here. Cifaretto throws a hook but Rotiz blocks it. Rotiz tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Rotiz shoots in for a takedown but Cifaretto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Cifaretto swinging wildly here.
Rotiz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cifaretto circles away quickly and effectively. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rotiz uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cifaretto has time to react. Cifaretto misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rotiz.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Rotiz. Cifaretto wants to get back to his feet but Rotiz drags him back down.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cifaretto is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Rotiz sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cifaretto defending well though. Rotiz trying to control the action but Cifaretto is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cifaretto wants to get back to his feet.
Rotiz throwing shots but Cifaretto is blocking nicely. Rotiz is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Rotiz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cifaretto with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cifaretto looking for submissions from an awkward position here. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Rotiz working his ground and pound in the gym.
Cifaretto is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rotiz pulls his head out easily. Rotiz scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Cifaretto wants to get back to full guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rotiz connects with a nice short shot to Cifaretto's temple. Cifaretto wants to get back to his feet.
Nice strikes from Rotiz there. Rotiz lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Rotiz slips a nice elbow through Cifaretto's hands, connecting with Cifaretto's forehead.  Cifaretto is rocked! Rotiz sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cifaretto defending well though. Rotiz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Cifaretto is trying to stand up here but Rotiz is controlling him well. Cifaretto on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Cifaretto has hold of Rotiz's hands but Rotiz slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Rotiz drops an elbow to the side of Cifaretto's head. Oh Cifaretto is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Rotiz working over Cifaretto with some ground and pound. Cifaretto looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Cifaretto is trying to get back to full guard. Cifaretto manages to get to full guard.
Cifaretto is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Cifaretto seems to have got his legs back now. Rotiz wants to pass the guard but Cifaretto is keeping the position. Rotiz lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Rotiz scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Rotiz stands up over Cifaretto, holding on to his feet. Rotiz throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Cifaretto is out cold! Rotiz lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Toti Rotiz! After the fight, Toti Rotiz was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
