Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Santos (ranked 603 p4p, 3178 weight class) and Weird Guy (ranked 34 p4p, 109 weight class). Kelvin Santos could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Weird Guy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kelvin Santos! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Weird Guy! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Santos tries to improve position but can't.
Guy tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Guy controlling the position. Guy scores with punches from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guy trying to control the position but Santos is working away. Guy taking a break here but Santos is having none of it and regains half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Santos is concentrating on defense, preventing Guy from advancing position. Santos avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Guy. Guy sitting and controlling from the half guard. Guy lands strikes from half guard. Guy stops Santos from getting back to his feet.
Guy wants to take a breather but Santos is having none of it. Guy stops Santos from getting back to his feet.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Santos taking some punishment here, with Guy in his half guard. Santos pushes Guy off looking to stand but Guy dives back in and keeps control.
Guy throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Santos won't allow Guy to pass to mount. Guy landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Guy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Santos defending well though. Santos is looking to escape. Guy looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Santos avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Guy. Santos is looking to escape.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice defenses there by Guy. Guy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Santos. Santos lands the left hand. Guy swings widly with a right hand
and Santos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nice sprawl there from Santos as Guy shoots in. Santos throws an overhand right that lands on Guy's shoulder, as Guy tries to avoid the shot.
Guy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Guy is pressing down on Santos's thigh, looking to free his foot. Santos is holding on for now. Santos is in trouble now - Guy has advanced to mount!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Santos holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Guy tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Guy has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Santos's face.
We've been hearing good reports from Santos's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Guy unloads with some shots from mount but Santos bucks and avoids them well.
Guy sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Guy tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Santos is squirming around, avoiding Guy's attempts to control the action. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Weird Guy dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Guy shoots in looking for a takedown. Santos tries to sprawl out of it but Guy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Santos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. It looked like Santos was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Guy. Guy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Santos sees it coming and avoids it easily. Guy throws a lazy uppercut

and Santos counters with a nice right hand that sends Guy toppling to the canvas! Guy scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Santos finish him?!
 Guy is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Guy feints and as Santos raises his hands in defense, Guy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Santos has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Guy is pushing him up against the ropes, looking to control the position. Guy tries to score a body lock takedown but Santos shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Santos pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Santos is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. A big left from Guy misses. Guy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Santos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Guy somewhat. Kelvin Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Weird Guy.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Guy has a takedown stuffed. Santos throwing a counter right hand but Guy manages to avoid it. Guy throws out a loose jab but Santos uses good head movement to avoid it. Guy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kelvin Santos is winning the standup battle so far. Santos pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Santos connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Guy takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Guy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Santos. Guy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Guy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Guy. Santos throws a body shot but no joy. Guy lands a nice shot that snaps Santos's head back.
The fighters circle momentarily. Santos darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Santos misses with a hook. Kelvin Santos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Santos lands a big uppercut and Guy crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Guy looks OK. Santos waves Guy back to his feet! Guy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Santos throws a jab when Guy was well out of range. Guy moves out of range of the strikes. Guy tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Guy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Santos swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Guy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Santos to the ground. Guy is now in Santos's guard. Santos will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Santos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Guy is controlling him. Guy is looking to work some ground and pound but Santos has wrist control. Guy looking to pass the guard. Santos keeping moving, preventing Guy from controlling successfully. Guy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Guy lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Santos down.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Santos is trying to get back to his feet. Santos regains half guard. Guy is figuring out what he wants to do next. Guy is looking to stall here but Santos recovers full guard. Guy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Santos is keeping the position for now. Guy is looking to work some ground and pound but Santos has wrist control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Guy is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Guy throws a right hand that misses
and Santos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Santos is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Guy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Santos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Santos is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Santos cracks Guy with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Guy looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Santos finish him?
Guy is still on wobbly legs! Can Santos finish him? Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Guy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Santos.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A big left from Santos misses. Guy seems to have recovered his senses. Guy throws a hook but Santos avoids it easily. Guy misses with a straight left. Guy shoots and misses and Santos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kelvin Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Weird Guy.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Santos enables Guy to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Santos manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Guy advances position into side control! Santos has one of Guy's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Santos is looking for a sweep.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Guy controls the position. Guy has control of an arm but Santos manages to advance to Guy's back! Santos is looking to control Guy but Guy is wriggling around and keeping busy. Santos is really struggling to control Guy but he's trying to hold on to the position. Santos is hanging on to Guy's back as he tries to escape.
Santos tries to get the hooks in deep but Guy pushed the leg off. You can see the frustration on Guy's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Santos is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Guy can do to turn this around? Guy trying to control the hands but Santos breaks the grip. Santos trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Guy tries to buck Santos off but Santos is having none of it. Guy is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Santos's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Guy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Guy is looking for a sweep. Santos is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Guy is trying to control but can't.

Santos trying to control the position from guard on top but Guy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Santos wants to get up but he can't break Guy's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Guy shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Guy was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Santos wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close fourth round but I would say that Kelvin Santos will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Weird Guy's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Guy counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Santos trying to control but Guy postures up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Guy slips a nice elbow through Santos's hands, connecting with Santos's forehead. Santos slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Santos wants to stand but Guy is controlling the position. Guy forces his way into half guard. Guy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Santos does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Guy content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Guy looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Guy missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Weird Guy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Guy is figuring out what he wants to do next. Guy not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Guy throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Santos is trying to stand back up but Guy is controlling him
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Guy is stalling here. Santos is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Guy seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Santos has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Santos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guy keeps working. Guy tries to get back to half guard but can't. Guy regains half guard. Santos is keen to just control but Guy is a slippery customer.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Santos wants to stand up but Guy has a hold of him and won't allow it.

 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Santos misses with a wild body shot. Santos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Guy was well out of range. Poor timing from Santos. Weird Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Guy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Santos. Guy uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Guy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Santos. Guy is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kelvin Santos. I think Santos has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
