Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steel Adams (ranked 1039 p4p, 1656 weight class) and Pacome Thibodeaux (ranked 110 p4p, 176 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams shoots for a takedown but Thibodeaux saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Thibodeaux throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've been hearing reports that Adams has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Adams manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Thibodeaux on his heels. He'll look to pass Thibodeaux's guard now, I'm sure.
