Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tico Tico (ranked 847 p4p, 994 weight class) and Georgs Elmars (ranked 69 p4p, 84 weight class). Tico comes to the cage accompanied by Paco De Lucia - Tico Tico . Elmars has chosen Warrior's Anthem by Skyforger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 19 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tico Tico!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Georgs Elmars!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tico throws a predictable looking body shot
and Elmars counters with a takedown into side control.
Elmars swings around for an armbar but Tico sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Elmars's guard.
Tico looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Elmars throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Elmars looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Elmars is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Tico got a little sloppy there for a moment and Elmars has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tico has managed to get both his arms back between Elmars's legs - danger averted.

Elmars has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tico can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Tico slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Elmars throws his legs up looking for a submission but Tico uses it to pass to side control.
Elmars is looking for a sweep.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Elmars tries to improve position but can't.
Tico is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Elmars's shoulder. That is not cool.

Elmars wants to control but Tico postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Elmars might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tico haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Elmars is looking for a sweep. Tico is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Elmars is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tico's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tico's back!

Tico defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Elmars's arms.
Tico is trying to defend against the choke here but Elmars has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Elmars Tightens the hold and Tico taps out furiously! Elmars displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
