The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dudayev is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Strickland.
Dudayev misses with a body shot.
Despite the aggression on Strickland's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Akhmed Dudayev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Strickland moves out of range as Dudayev throws a body kick.
Dudayev lunges at Strickland with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Strickland's hand.
Strickland rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dudayev moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Strickland unleashes a big counter combination but Dudayev bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Dudayev lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Strickland crumples to the floor! Dudayev milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
