Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yushin Okami (ranked 4056 p4p, 3507 weight class) and Keegan Good (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keegan Good looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 26 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keegan Good!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leaves Okami with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Good unleashes a big counter combination but Okami bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Okami is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Good's half guard.
Still in half guard, Okami seems content to control.
Okami not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Okami is nestled in close to Good, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Good might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Okami haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Good tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Okami wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Okami remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
