Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Giovanni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rufus Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kick out the Jams by The MC5s kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Sonny Giovanni has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Lee lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Nice uppercut lands for Giovanni. That snapped Lee's head back.
Giovanni takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Lee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee throws a looping overhand right but Giovanni ducks down to avoid it.

Lee has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Giovanni finds it's way round the side to connect with Lee's head.
Lee swings for the body but Giovanni moves out of range.

Lee might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Giovanni connects with a right hand. Lee shakes it off.
Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Giovanni keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Lee is rocked!
Giovanni lands a brutal uppercut that launches Lee off his feet! Lee tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
