Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between batista haight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). haight kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Forgot About Dre - Eminem. Ross has chosen Dr. Dre - Rat-Tat-Tat-Tat feat. Snoop Dogg & RBX as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
haight misses with a head kick.
Ross tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but haight paws at him with a jab and circles away.
haight fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ross tries to clinch up.
haight connects with a body shot.
haight throws a nice inside leg kick.

Ross rushes haight and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Ross scores with a knee to the head.

Ross lands an elbow that stopped haight in his tracks for a moment.

Ross manages to break the clinch.
Ross takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Ross wants to clinch up but haight keeps it at a distance.
haight shoots in for a takedown but Ross shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ross doesn't manage to clinch there - haight circles away.
haight tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ross uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
haight gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Ross lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but haight circles away quickly and effectively.
haight shoots in looking for a takedown. Ross tries to sprawl out of it but haight keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ross manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for batista haight. That's going to take a lot out of him.
haight takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Ross misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fighters circle, before Ross throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into haight's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Ross lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
