Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Martin Cristos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Avelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cristos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cypress Hill - Hand on the Pump. Mac Avelli has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Martin Cristos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mac Avelli!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avelli throws a head kick but Cristos moves out of range.
Avelli is looking to clinch but Cristos is avoiding it.
Cristos lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Cristos cracks Avelli with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Cristos connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Avelli's hands.
Avelli tries a head kick but it misses.
Cristos throws a quick inside leg kick.
Avelli looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cristos throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Avelli stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cristos lands with a thumping leg kick.
Cristos feints and then cracks Avelli's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Avelli down.
Cristos connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Avelli! He's out on his feet! Cristos rushes in and drops Avelli with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Martin Cristos!
