The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arteta throws a hook to the side of Marciano's head but Marciano sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Arteta moves out of range as Marciano strikes.
Arteta ducks under a wild hook from Marciano.
Marciano scores with a jab to the jaw.
Marciano scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Arteta lands with a good body shot.
Arteta scores with a nice right hand.
Marciano lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Arteta circles away quickly and effectively.
Marciano takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Marciano throws a solid leg kick but Arteta takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Marciano.
Arteta scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Arteta is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Marciano.

Marciano throws a low kick but Arteta avoids it.

Arteta connects with a good right hand that stumbles Marciano. Marciano circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Arteta shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Marciano bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Marciano is looking to chop away at Arteta's legs.

Marciano misses with a jab, cross combination.
Arteta swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Frank Marciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marciano throws a sloppy body shot
and Arteta counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Marciano takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Arteta thuds a left hand into Marciano's body.

Arteta swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Arteta connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Marciano moves out of range of the strikes.
Arteta lands with a hook. Marciano tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Marciano misses with a double jab
letting Arteta counter with a right hand.
Arteta scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Marciano doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice defenses there by Marciano.
Marciano takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
