The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Kaiser misses.
Kaiser is looking to clinch.
Man throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Nice shot by Man.
Kaiser looks for the body kick but Man saw that one coming.
A bone on bone clash there as Kaiser blocks the leg kick.
Man lands a front kick.
Man throws the kick towards the body but Kaiser avoids it.
Man walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kaiser checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kaiser avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Man misses with a leg kick.
Kaiser fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Man manages to avoid it.
Man looks to clinch
and Kaiser counters with a straight right hand.
Man takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like He Man has been cut.
Kaiser swats away the attempt to clinch by Man.
Man shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kaiser pinned against the cage. Kaiser gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kaiser moves out of range of the body kick from Man.
Man tries to clinch up.
Man throws a jab when Kaiser was well out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Man.
Man gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kaiser scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kaiser thumps Man with a low kick.
Man misses with a leg kick
enabling Kaiser to counter with a crisp jab.
He Man's cut is getting worse.
Man wants to land a leg kick but Kaiser is out of range.
Man throws a big shot that misses.
Man closes the distance and clinches up with Kaiser, looking for a takedown. Man pushes Kaiser against the cage but Kaiser circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for He Man. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A chopping leg kick lands by Man.
Kaiser sends Man crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kaiser is motioning to the referee to let Man up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Man is rocked!
Man walks straight into a right hand from Kaiser - that's dropped him! Kaiser jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Man from any more punishment! Man complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Leon Kaiser!
