Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ludovic Presle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elijah Carr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ludovic Presle has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ludovic Presle seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carr throws a right hand that Presle ducks under and follows up with a left that Presle also avoids with ease.
Carr lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Presle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Carr misses with a jab, cross combination.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Carr is defended easily by Presle.
Presle looks to land a right hand but Carr moved out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Carr lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Presle circles away quickly and effectively.
A head kick misses from Carr.
Carr misses with a double jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carr throws a head kick that misses.
Carr shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Carr showed some decent athleticism there.

Carr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Carr is looking to clinch.
Presle slips a straight right by Carr.
Crunch! Carr slams his shin into Presle's torso.
A leg kick checked by Carr.
Carr swings for the body but Presle moves out of range.
Carr lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Presle avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Presle lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Carr lands with a kick to the temple. Presle shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Carr misses with a takedown attempt - Presle sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Carr uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ludovic Presle is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Carr looks to land a combination but Presle avoids it well.
Carr shoots in for a double leg but Presle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ludovic Presle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elijah Carr.
Carr throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Carr moves in looking to clinch but Presle pushes him off.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Carr lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Presle circles away quickly and effectively.
Carr fails to land the takedown.
No joy there for Carr, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Presle throws a series of punches but Carr moves out of range.
Presle avoids a kick to the body.
Presle stuffs the takedown attempt from Carr. Carr gets slowly back to his feet.
Presle closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carr throws a combination that misses
and Presle counters with a nice body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Presle as Carr shoots in.

Carr tries to land a front kick but Presle steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Carr is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Carr uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Presle.

Presle pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

and Presle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Carr doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Presle counters with a lovely shot to the body.

A nice combination there by Presle.

Presle throws a series of punches but Carr moves out of range.
Presle lands with a right that hurts Carr. Carr looks to clinch but Presle throws a short knee that drops Carr. This one is all over!
